In 2006 The Talent Foundation Research Trust (TTFRT) achieved charitable status from the Charity Commission. This now gives the Trust the opportunity to really make a difference to the way organisations support their people in developing their skills and knowledge.
TTRT has been estasblished to support the development and training of all people either at or seeking work and in particular thos e people who face barriers to maximising their potential. The trust will support events, research projects, networking and lobbying to further the aims of our supporters and partners. We have a wide range of projects that we support and we always welcome working with partners who have similar aims and objectives.
Please let us know if you think you can help us take this project forward. talentfoundation@hotmail.co.uk

In 2007 TTRT launched its fund raising project. As a result of some very generous donations from our partners and supporters we are well under way to raising the funds we need to support the many projects we are working on. However we need your help to make these projects a reality.
We have been very successful in the past few years in getting talent development to the top of the business agenda but there is still much more to do. Working with our partners and the Talent Foundation network we want to support a number of projects next year that will improve our knowledge of the talent development arena and give organisations the practical tools to make a difference.
If you are interested in supporting any specific area of study or want to supprt us through a donation of whatever size please contact Andy Gannon at talentfoundation@hotmail.co.uk or ring Stewart Segal on 07970 524022
