Andy Gannon
Andy was appointed Chairman of the Foundation in 2003
taking over from the previous Chariman Sir Christopher Ball.
Andy has been working with the Talent Foundation for several
years and has been a Director for over 2 years.
Andy is an independent business entrepreneur who combines a
mixture of Executive and non-Executive roles with consulting
to businesses and assignments for not-for-profit
organisations. He was formerly an executive with
Hewlett-Packard and has managed businesses with organisations
from 10 to thousand's and in turnover from £2m to $1.5
Billion. He now combines the role of CEO of a small publicly
quoted publishing and digital services company, with Non-Exec
& advisory roles and is a founder of the business
consulting firm Corporate Catalysts.
During his career he has developed tremendous insight into
the strategic and operational impact of:
- Leading and managing Global and International businesses
- Knowledge management
- Change management
