We are have three research projects, two of which are
under way, and one of which is currently being
planned.
The adaptability index
A
Europe-wide project, we intend to develop a tool to help
organisations and those who work in them to work out the
extent to which they are able to adapt to change. This
project is funded by the EU through their Article 6
programme and the project is being managed by Exemplas
who are also our partners in the delivery of The Talent
Key.
This will involve analysis of how organisations:
- liberate human potential
- motivate staff
- manage performance
- support work-life balance
- retain and reward people
- deal with succession planning
New kinds of smart
We have some sense of what is not helpful in thinking
about intelligence and talent, but, as yet, nothing
substantive to suggest as a more motivating alternative
for motivating people to realise their full potential.
Does the theory of multiple intelligences help? How
valid is emotional intelligence?
We hope to shed some light on this important area.

This is the least developed of our projects.
We aim to identify the factors which make organisations hospitable to the growth of talent and will continue to work with organisations on this key issue.
