The Talent Foundation Research Trust In 2006 The Directors of the Talent Foundation established the Talent Foundation Research Trust a charity registered by the Charity Commission. This gives us the opportunity to fund small-scale research which can really make a difference to the way organisations support their people in developing their skills and knowledge. The Talent Foundation Research Trust is particularly keen to find innovative ways of enabling people to develop their talents by understanding more about how personal learning can be fostered in a range of work-related settings. |
