What we do We are a small organisation with a large network of supporters. We create projects which are timely and seem likely to produce results. We have chosen to focus on the development of talent in the workplace because there are few other organisations whose interests lie here. Self-development, family learning, hobbies, sports, arts – there are many organisations which support these. But, as most people have to work, it must be important to create an environment in which they can thrive and grow if society is to flourish. We seek to encourage new ways of working which will increase the likelihood of talent being fulfilled in the workplace. There tend to be three dimensions to our work – individuals, teams and whole organisations of all kinds. We are looking for
