Stewart Segal

Stewart is currently working as a consultant in the training industry. He has recently established a joint venture company called Smart Skills which delivers e-learning solutions as part of the wider programme of learning within Modern Apprenticeships, the Government supported training scheme for young people.

His experience of training and development comes from a wide range of roles in the private and public sector. Most recently he was Managing Director of Spring Skills which delivered government funded work based learning to over 20,000 learners per annum. Prior to this he was Chief Executive of Hertfordshire TEC (Training Enterprise Council) where he was involved in establishing a number of private/public partnerships. It is his interest and experience in the training and development that led him to join The Talent Foundation as a Board Member.
